How Ken Pittman went from the local talk show host to personally becoming the point man in the defense of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement who came to New Bedford, MA on March 6, 2007 to raid Michael Bianco Inc. a manufacturer of US Military backpacks. The raid netted 361 illegal immigrants, 11 of whom were deported only to be found back in the USA again and 66 others who had defaulted on deportation warrants. Ken found himself up against the press media, far leftist groups, Massachusetts senators and congressmen but what no one expected is that the dominant body of Southeastern Massachusetts loudly stood with Ken, culminating with his appearance on the "O'Reilly Factor".
Here’s what I want to say to you Mayor Scott Lang

Ken Pittman breaks down some of the complexities in just what perils lurk behind the scenes, taking a look at financers of illegal immigration. He'll analyze the inner-struggles of Mayor Scott Lang who is tugged at by the undocumented, by their advocates, by the far left powers like Ted Kennedy, Barney Frank and Deval Patrick while he lends an ear to the voices asking him to follow the law. In this an issue that can cost a decent and high performing mayor his job as he defies the population of his beloved city?

What kind of legislation is discussed when you elect a body of silly liberals left alone to handle Massachusetts issues? For one, the official state sandwich. Cambridge leftist, wildly kooky activist, gay state senator (D) Jarrett Barrios fights hard for his district while calling for the Peanut Butter and Fluff sandwich to be voted on as the Massachusetts official state sandwich. Oh, but there is much more compelling legislation going on here. After all, it is all about "giving back".

As an illegal alien is arraigned on charges of rape after he was released onto the streets of New Bedford after posting bail for an alleged machete attack on his estranged wife. His accomplice friends, probably all illegal aliens as well, are free and out on our streets to commit more violent crimes. We will be reminded not to judge, and told that these men have every right to be here. We will be promulgated by the local media and elected to abandon the rule of law and respect the 'deserving undocumented resident's rights'.

"Missed it by that much Chief."- Maxwell Smart The town of Dartmouth Massachusetts turned away the third assault on Proposition 2 1/2 in one year. The proponents of this override could not have carried out a better campaign but it was still not enough to convince town taxpayers that, despite the circumstances, the local government spending harness should have been released in a leap of faith to the same government that finds itself in the hole.
