Here is Maxine Waters (D-CA) who is ON The House Committee on Financial Services and has been since 1990. She appears to not understand the difference between the standard loans businesses and private customers get and the "discount rate" provided to FDIC insured lending institutions who borrow overnight.
I cannot imagine what Chairman of The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System Ben Bernanke is thinking in his head as he demonstrates a fantastic poker face.

Is this the same Maxine Waters who accused the CIA of introducing crack cocaine into inner cities? And the same Maxine Waters who alleged that looters during the Rodney King riots were just trying to get baby formula for their kids, while they were shown running down the streets with TV's, VCR's, stereos, clothes, and a thousand other things that babies would never eat. That Maxine Waters?

Seems the chief Hot Air Gasbag, Al Gore, has come out of his winter hybernation. This moron just won't give up. Yes, he's baaaaaaaack, and still predicting gloom and doom for humankind.
