The "rehabilitated" violent terrorist is one of only a handful of jihadists who openly find murdering children to be within acceptable martial limits.
Once held in American custody indefinitely, Shihri found freedom thanks to a lawsuit filed against the Bush Administration in 2005 by Michael Ratner, an attorney and founder for The Center for Constitutional Rights.

The Fox news story is mere speculaiton. Their source for this allegation is Robert Spencer, a known hysterical Islamophobe, who contributes to lunatic publication like Front Page Magazine. Even Dinesh D'Souza thinks Spencer is nuts.
