Yes. A fool shoots the messenger when he doesn't like the message but Robert, why don't you call Atty. Phil J Berg yourself?
Here is his number...let us know if you find the courage to do so.

Today's AP polling numbers may explain these desperate hysterics: Colorado: Obama +9 ... Nevada: Obama +12 ... Virginia: Obama +7 ... New Hampshire: Obama +12 ... Ohio: Obama +7 ... Pennsylvania: Obama +12. Virginia will go with Obama, probably Florida, and perhaps even North Carolina, Indiana, and Missouri. Heck - Georgia, Montana and North Dakota are all now in play as well. A poll out yesterday by Arizona State University has McCain with a laughable 2 point lead in his home state! Faced with this reality of a very probable Obama electoral landslide, it's no wonder that McCain supporters are clinging to fuzzy, sensationalist WND stories, screaming "Bomb Obama!" and have even resorted to mutilating their own faces for the good of The Party.

tsk. tsk. Liar liar pants on backwards. Puzzled, honey cakes check again.
Rasmussen: Obama +3
Gallup: Obama +2
C-Span/Reuters/Zogby Obama +4.7
In three days Obama has lost more than half his lead. Six more to go.

Drudge tosses a bone and you run with it. Typical. FYI, the president is elected through the electoral college, not by any sort of nationwide referendum (which Obama would still win according to the irrelevant Drudge headlines to which you desperately cling.) What the partisan cherry-pickers at Drudgereport.com don't want you know, and what you're too intellectually lazy to discover for yourself, is that Obama maintains a lead of 6 points in averaged national polling, as proven here by RealClearPolitics.com:
http://www.realclearpolitics.com/epolls/2008/president/us/general_election_mccain_vs_obama-225.html#polls . Even more devastating for the GOP's chances next week is the plain fact that McCain has not held an advantage in a single national poll for over a month now, which you may verify at the link above. But, like i said, if you want to sound as if you have any credibility on this topic you'd be wise to study state-by-state polling, as I have been doing daily for months now, rather than blindly spouting off random red headlines gleaned from Drudge. Obama has eroded significantly (MO, NC, AZ, GA, FL) or eradicated entirely (VA, CO, NV ) McCain's leads in many states presumed to be "red". A further indicator of strong support for Obama is that in-state polling in many '"blue" states (MN, WI, MI, IA, WA, OR, CA, etc) illustrates that Obama is doing significantly better than John Kerry was polling at this point in the 2004 race.

I know my fact checking has improved your show so Im reluctant to point out gaff #1407.2 - Lingle is a rabid GOP hound. Nothing is sealed but the childproof cap on Berg and Corsi's meds. .
