WBSM is fascist and racist. The talk show hosts are targeting Mayans in order to cause a rage in the criminal community which has caused a chain reaction of muggings and assaults. If you only read the New Bedford Standard Times that is what you would learn about the only relevant local talk radio station in the Greater New Bedford area. Sure there is one to the west and up the dial but after 1PM..the men in white coats are on stand-by. The paper has decided to censor all information contrary to that which gives merit to the descriptions provided above. Sounds like a bad movie but this is what is going on in New Bedford Massachusetts right now. When Rev. Fallon decided to outright lie and accuse we at WBSM of these incredible acts, he didn't care or consider the fact that off-air personnel were pooled in with this and have found themselves explaining to family and friends who work outside of the listening area but read the paper, that none of this is true.

Bob Unger once told New England, on TV, that he was neutral on the immigration issue post *Bianco raid, but has since tipped his hand a bit. I understand that Bob has a personal reason to hold his view in such a way and since his personal vestment is based on such a noble cause, I won't ever use it to posture a vantage point in this debate but this can never excuse the paper which is guided by him to abandon truth and objective reporting. Mr. Unger, you have failed your vocation. You may have served your agenda but you have failed the newspaper, the community and your vocation. You provide merit to baseless accusations. Your hand picked opinion editor Ms. Barnes is censoring counterpoints to this particular issue and the paper has rushed to print slander and dragged its feet to ensure proper context.

Hey, its easy to side with seemingly innocent poor people with piss-poor options. Its easy to side with the only political power in Massachusetts when they've clearly decided how this ought to be viewed. Its also easier to stay away from the doctor when a large lump starts to bulge out of ones abdomen but the easy thing isn't always the best. It rarely is. The right thing to do is to go to the doctor to maximize the chances for the best outcome. Ignoring a cancer will not cure it.

In the 1950's, just about 7% of migrants entered illegally with plans to stay. This decade around a half of a million invade the US each year amounting to about 1 in 2 migrants entering illegally and they now demand: US Citizenship, access to taxpayer social programs. They roam with diseases once eradicated here. They take jobs from Americans and deflate the wages of others while prices still climb to exist here. They impose the cost of educating their children onto the taxpayer, receive free medical care, again on the taxpayer.

I won't bother qualifying the well documented facts that it has never been a racial issue. Bob Unger knows this but its the only weapon he has in an otherwise empty arsenal defending illegal immigration.
