After listening to Democrats with their continual refrain casting Republicans as the "Party of No",  I thought perhaps it's time for someone on the right to offer up some concrete legislative initiatives. Given the harsh rebuke Portability, Tort Reform, & Off Shore Drilling have received to date, proffering alternative ideas on current Democratic initiatives seems some what futile at this point. Perhaps fresh ideas with a little bit of political daring are more in order. I'll propose three here.
 
1. Make the act of waging Islamic Jihad a military crime & state openly that Islamic Jihadists are the sworn enemy of this country by advocating for the passage of an Anti-Islamic Jihad Act . 
The Commission of which would automatically negate a defendants constitutional rights, rendering them a non-declared enemy combatant, leaving them subject to the military judicial system & military tribunal. Passage of The Anti Islamic Jihad Act would make the discussion of civilian trials for "Terror Suspects" a moot point.
 
2. The complete denial of funding to illegal aliens.
I would propose a national ID card to be utilized in conjunction with a voter registration program. Use some of that stimulus money to hire 10,000 more ICE field agents & use them to sweep this country.   With the exception of Emergency room services (& that means an actual emergency) no money will be spent to educate, house, feed , or imprison illegal aliens (country of origin will be forced to pay for their incarceration or any economic aide we currently provide will be cut off ). 
 
School systems should be required to verify the status of all their students. Land lords should required to prove the legitimacy of all their tenants upon request by cities & towns. No more sanctuary cities, failure to comply would mean all federal funding would be cut off to the city or town who does not comport to this mandate. Banks should be required to ask for proof of citizenship or legal status before even accepting a loan application or opening an account. Money wiring via western union and the like would also require said proof no more of our wealth being remitted to other countries. No driver's licenses or In-state tuition for illegals period.      
 
3. Investigate allegations of widespread fraud in the Man Made Climate Change field now commonly referred to as Climategate. 
As the mounting evidence of fraud accumulates, the entire discipline of Man Made Climate Science has been brought into question and responsible governance dictates a thorough review of the public monies spent/wasted to date. A panel should be convened to investigate how much if any of this field is legitimate science. How much of this field is fraud.
 
If it is proven, as many have claimed, to be the largest fraud ever perpetrated on mankind, then some tough measure need to be taken. For instance the recovery of government funds from the offending parties & institutions would certainly need to take place. How to correct ill gotten gains from bogus business ventures & affect the return of scientific awards & Nobel Prizes should be looked into. 
 
Among the more difficult aspects of this endeavor will clearing the names of the impugned denialists who have been maligned as flat earthers & treated by a cabal of corrupt information "gatekeepers" as modern day Galileo's. Consigned to the tower of intellectual obscurity by one time scientists who've sold their souls for grant money from the government's largesse. The most difficult aspect may be how to restore trust in the scientific process which has been undermined by this apparent abuse of the publics trust.     
 
I believe what I've outlined above is a winning formula for any moderate Democrat or GOP member who wants to assume a seat currently occupied by an incumbent Progressive in either party.  The candidate who doesn't promote this agenda does so at their own peril. I know I'd be eagerly voting for any politician willing to cast aside the idiotic disciplines of political correctness to adopt these positions.
