Not even Scotty could keep his ship from breaking up under such turbulence from the wake of Sarah Palin's entrance to the presidential race of 2008. Hillary Clinton was apparently right about Senator Obama when she warned the Democrat super-delegates who preferred Senator Obama over her. She promised them all that Obama would fold under the pressures of the GOP, that he was too green and inexperienced to cope with the intensity of a presidential race.

Now, after finding his campaign behind in the polls, Barack Obama has abandoned everything that has worked for him to this point and is making ugly personal remarks about his opponents.

After lining the context with a reference to McCain and the idea that he wouldn't change anthing in Washington, Obama said, "You can put lipstick on a pig..it's still a pig."

Obviously the lipstick reference comes on the heels of Gov. Palin's RNC acceptance speech where she gave a notable line in her speech saying, "You know what they say the difference between a hockey mom and a pitbull is? Lipstick."

Whether Obama is admitting that he was referring to Sarah Palin or not, his audience sure felt certain about the context of the remark. VIDEO

Meanwhile Joe "I'm a tough guy who never fought" Biden was swinging away and hacking at the Palin's decision to raise a baby with Down Syndrome. Biden told an audience this..

"I hear all this talk about how the Republicans are going to work in dealing with parents who have both the joy, because there's joy to it as well, the joy and the difficulty of raising a child who has a developmental disability, who were born with a birth defect," Biden said at a rally in Columbia, Missouri. "Well, guess what folks? If you care about it, why don't you support stem cell research?"

First of all, he shouldn't be mocking Gov. Palin's description of how she feels about her baby boy Trig. Secondly, Sarah Palin isn't opposed to stem-cell research, she opposes Fetal Stem-cell research which uses human embryos. Senator Biden may prefer farming the embryos of human beings but some people have moral convictions prohibiting the perverted use of human beings after conception.

Scientists are finding non-controversial stem cells from skin, bones, and other tissues from victimless adults. Embryonic stem cell research has not broken one barrier in terms of medical solutions to one disease or ailment. Adult stem cells on the other hand, have been used in genetic therapy for dozens of diseases ranging from cancer to cartilage cures.

The race is almost over and nobody realizes it more than Biden and Obama. The Democrat investigators and lawyers are in Alaska right now digging like paleontologists for evidence of a scandal in Governor Palin's record. That is their best "Hope".

Senator Obama, reacting to the media and McCain remarks about his unfortunate phrasing, defended his choice of words, of all the places to choose to do this, on The Dave Letterman Show :
 
"Keep in mind, technically, had I meant it this way, [Palin] would be the lipstick. The failed policies of John McCain would be the pig, just following the logic of this."

So he was in fact keeping Sarah Palin in mind.

She's in his head folks.....right where McCain wanted her.
